I can tell you that the kinds of things that happen to black people in this country, that are mentioned in this article, don't happen there. I can tell you how peaceful Rwanda is from my own personal experience and friends who live there.
You made a statement about what Rwanda is like 30 years after the genocide. How can your statement have any merit when you clearly don't know anything about present day Rwanda?
