I typically start with quad extensions: 4 sets of 12, followed by six sets of drop sets with no break other than the couple of seconds it takes to move the pin to the next weight. To lessen the risk of injury, I do hack squats instead of free weight squats. Then leg press, then RDL's, then hamstring leg curls, then calf raises.
