Loved reading this. I'm an out or work sommelier, and just as I was reading this I got an email from the GM of the restaurant where I work, telling me that mid October is where they'll start, but for now they are not sure when exactly they will be able to bring me back, since they are trying to keep the budget low at first, after being closed for 7 months.
