Obviously I'm not in a position to tell you more about the opinions of the general public than what you already see. I can, however, tell you with certainty that you cannot out work a bad diet. WHAT you put into your body is much more important than how much. It makes us feel more comfortable to think we can put junk into our bodies and just go workout or run, but sadly it's just not true. Obviously it's better to eat a slice of pie rather than an entire pie, but if you give in to your every craving or what ever you are in the mood for, there's only so far you can progress.
